• Perform simple assembly and installation tasks according to instructions and drawings
• Assist assemblers and supervisors with preparations, material handling, and tools
• Maintain order and safety on the worksite according to applicable routines
• Participate in various parts of the work process depending on the project's needs
• Conduct ongoing checks to ensure that the work maintains high quality and safety standards
• Suggest and contribute to improvements in workflows and assembly processes

• Experience in practical work or construction-related employment is an advantage but not a requirement
• Interest in construction, assembly, and installation
• Basic understanding of instructions and drawings
• Good skills with tools and the ability to learn quickly
• Good knowledge of Swedish for safe communication in the workplace
• Driving license B is an advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Good collaboration skills and respect for colleagues and management
• Flexible and solution-oriented in varied tasks and environments
• Punctual, meticulous, and responsible
• Interested in developing within construction and assembly
